Job Description

You will be responsible for various tasks related to employee management and engagement. This includes following up on the manpower requirement process, organizing engagement activities, and conducting monthly review meetings. You will also be required to monitor daily attendance and coordinate different types of employee meetings such as Daily Pledge, Sun rise, Sunset, and Production meetings. Additionally, you will be involved in organizing employee reward and recognition programs, as well as following up on employees" salaries and incentives. You will also have the responsibility of handling the security team and overseeing the Performance Management System on a monthly basis. This is a Full-time position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, provided food, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift with a yearly bonus offered. The job location is in Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu, so you should be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work. The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree, with at least 2 years of experience in HR sourcing. Proficiency in Tamil and English languages is preferred for this role.
