Role Description

Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
• Elicit, document, and validate

  business, functional, and non-functional requirements

  through workshops, interviews, and document analysis.
• Create detailed artifacts such as

  BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and wireframes

  .
• Conduct

  requirement walkthroughs

  with technical and QA teams to ensure clear understanding.
• Collaborate with the development team to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Define and manage

  scope, priorities, and change requests

  throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support

  UAT planning and execution

  , including test case review, defect triage, and business sign-off.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4-8 years of experience as a

  Business Analyst

  , with at least 2 years in a

  Senior BA or Lead role

  .
• Strong understanding of

  SDLC, Agile (Scrum/Kanban)

  , and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in

  requirements management tools

  (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent

  communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management

  skills.
• Experience with

  process modeling tools

  (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io).
• Exposure to

  AI/ML, SaaS, or enterprise software domains

• Ability to work in

  onsite-offshore models

  and manage distributed teams.
