Job Description

As a Sr. Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in eliciting and documenting business requirements, collaborating with engineering teams on API-based solutions, and supporting data-driven initiatives. Your responsibilities will include providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support for EHR and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) systems, conducting workflow analysis, ensuring data accuracy, and resolving user-reported incidents.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support for EHR and RCM systems Conducting workflow analysis and data validation Ensuring data accuracy and system reliability Collaborating with engineering teams on API-based solutions Performing system adjustments to resolve production issues Conducting data analysis and root cause investigation Collaborating with vendors to address integration issues Identifying process improvement opportunities in EHR/RCM workflows

Tech Stack: -

Experienced in workflow analysis and data validation - Skilled in data analysis and SQL querying - Collaborates with engineering teams on integration issues

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Experience: 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Business analyst , preferably within the healthcare domain.
