We’re looking for a dynamic Senior HR Operations Executive to join our growing team!
If you’re passionate about people, processes, and performance — and can balance empathy with efficiency — this role is for you.
* Oversee HR operations including payroll coordination, leave management, and employee documentation.
* Support policy implementation, HR audits, and compliance with labour laws.
* Drive employee engagement, performance reviews, and retention initiatives.
* Strong knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
* Hands-on experience in L&D, Training and employee relations.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Excel.
* Ability to work independently and lead projects end-to-end.
* MBA / Master’s in Human Resources or equivalent.
* 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
* Experience in EdTech / IT / Service-based industries will be an added advantage.
Immediate joiners who have prior experience in HR operations only need to apply. Laptop is mandatory.
