Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of proven HR experience with strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. This role requires a professional who can independently handle day-to-day HR activities while supporting strategic HR initiatives to enhance organizational culture and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
  • Develop job descriptions and post openings on relevant platforms.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and campus hiring.

2. Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Handle onboarding, induction, and documentation for new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  • Coordinate exit interviews and offboarding processes.
  • Ensure smooth transition of employees across departments.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination with the accounts team.
  • Draft and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Prepare HR reports and MIS for management review.

4. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Organize employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and team-building events.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and provide resolution in line with company policies.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct.

5. Performance Management

  • Assist in implementing appraisal processes and performance management systems.
  • Support managers in goal-setting and performance evaluation discussions.
  • Track employee progress and recommend training/development programs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven HR experience, preferably in IT/Corporate/Service industry.
  • Good knowledge of HR operations, employment laws, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS/HR software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
