Senior HR Executive

As an HR Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory requirements related to manpower control at the factory. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing legal activities under the Factory Act, Labour Laws, and related statutory returns. - Coordinating and liaising with local authorities such as Mamlatdar, Collector, District Officers, etc. - Handling labour relations and issues to ensure smooth operations and facilitate dispute resolution. - Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process for workers and staff. - Supporting management in implementing HR policies, employee engagement, and welfare activities.
