Senior HR Executive

As a Senior HR Executive at Craft Interactive Technologies, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end HR operations with a specific focus on ensuring 100% compliance with Indian labor laws and statutory requirements within the legal framework. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing and ensuring compliance with all Indian labor laws and statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, etc. - Maintaining accurate employee records and statutory documentation - Coordinating with labor consultants and external auditors - Managing employee benefits and welfare programs - Supporting audits and labor inspections - Driving HR initiatives for employee engagement, grievance redressal, and process improvements - Assisting with performance management, training, and development initiatives To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field - Minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on Indian statutory compliance - Proficiency in labor laws, HR operations, and employee relations - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Preferred qualifications include experience with HR software and previous exposure to manufacturing, IT, or mid-sized enterprises.
