We are seeking a Production Engineer to strengthen our manufacturing operations and support our growth in the safety solutions sector. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and monitor daily production activities for safety equipment (lifelines, anchor systems, harnesses, lanyards, etc.). Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards. Implement and maintain lean manufacturing and 5S practices on the shop floor. Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality teams for smooth workflow and timely delivery. Supervise and train production staff and ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards (EN/IS/OSHA). Review product specifications and drawings to ensure accurate assembly and finishing. Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions. Maintain production logs, reports, and ERP records. Requirements: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering. 2–5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably safety equipment / fabrication / PPE sector). Knowledge of EN 795, OSHA guidelines, or related safety equipment standards is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, quality-driven production setup.
