Production Engineer

We are seeking a Production Engineer to strengthen our manufacturing operations and support our growth in the safety solutions sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor daily production activities for safety equipment (lifelines, anchor systems, harnesses, lanyards, etc.).
• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Implement and maintain lean manufacturing and 5S practices on the shop floor.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality teams for smooth workflow and timely delivery.
• Supervise and train production staff and ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards (EN/IS/OSHA).
• Review product specifications and drawings to ensure accurate assembly and finishing.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain production logs, reports, and ERP records.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably safety equipment / fabrication / PPE sector).
• Knowledge of EN 795, OSHA guidelines, or related safety equipment standards is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, quality-driven production setup.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,741.47 - ₹41,437.86 per month
