Roles and Responsibilities Design and develop new products from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes. Conduct feasibility studies, create design specifications, and manage projects through various stages of development. Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and industry norms during manufacturing processes. Develop expertise in welding techniques (MIG/TIG) and sheet metal fabrication. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in NPD engineering or related field. Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering.
