Job Title: Senior Healthcare Recruiter – US Staffing Location: IMS Group, Jaipur Shift Timing: 06:30 PM – 04:00 AM IST (US Shift) Experience Required: 6 – 12 months (minimum) in US Healthcare (HC) Recruiting Domain: Healthcare (HC) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: IMS Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Healthcare Recruiter to join our US Staffing team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US Healthcare recruiting , with the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is a night shift role catering to the US market. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for clients in the US. Manage full-cycle recruitment including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding. Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), social media, internal ATS, and other sources to identify top talent. Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Sales teams to understand client requirements. Conduct initial phone screens and assess candidates' experience, skills, availability, and compensation expectations. Ensure compliance with client and regulatory hiring standards (e.g., licenses, certifications). Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and hiring teams. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly recruitment targets and KPIs. Required Skills and Qualifications: 6 to 12 months of experience in US Healthcare recruiting (MANDATORY). Strong understanding of US staffing processes , healthcare domain, and terminology. Familiarity with VMS systems, job portals, and sourcing tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
