Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Customer Service Executive will handle day-to-day customer interactions, ensure customer satisfaction, provide customer support, and manage customer service tasks. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to efficiently address customer inquiries and issues. Qualifications Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skillsExperience in Customer Service ManagementInterpersonal skills aimed at maintaining high levels of customer satisfactionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree in any discipline is preferredExperience in accounting or financial services is a plus
