Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, managing day-to-day activities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Typing and printing of virtual office agreements and sending scan copies to clients via email
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer data sheets, including GST approvals and renewal tracking
Collecting postal letters and couriers, and attending to client queries and requests
Ensuring compliance with MCA and GST regulations
Assisting with client onboarding and setup processes
Providing excellent customer service and support to clients
Maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail
Collaborating with team members to resolve client issues and queries

Office Hours:

Monday to Saturday: 9:30 am to 6:00 pm
Sunday and Public Holidays: Off

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Language fluency must in Kannada, Hindi and English
Proficiency in MS Office
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of GST and MCA regulations preferred
Prior experience in customer service or a similar role preferred
