Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Housekeeping and cleaning activities and maintain the office space
  • Inventory Control of supplies and equipment
  • Vendor management , pantry & food supervision
  • Cab route plan and ensure safe travel of employees
  • Providing administrative support to senior management and staff
  • Assisting with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and logistics
  • Supporting employees with general administrative needs
  • Planning and organizing company events, meetings, and celebrations
  • Coordinating logistics for conferences, workshops, or team-building activities
  • Managing invitations, catering, and other event-related needs
  • Handle minor repairs and fixtures of office equipment
  • Reporting to Administrative / Business Manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-10 years relevant experience
  • Ability to manage the support staff
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
  • Ability to work flexibly
  • Should own a two wheeler with proper driving licence
  • Electrical & Plumbing knowledge is an added advantage
  • Preferably from Manufacturing & Production industries

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Day shift
