About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and architecturally-minded Senior Full Stack Developer.

This is a critical, hands-on role where you will be responsible for defining the system architecture, ensuring engineering quality standards, and directly contributing to the core platform development. You will drive technical decisions across the entire stack, from micro services design and infrastructure provisioning to high-performance frontend implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Responsible for the overall system architecture, development, and scaling of the core platform.
• Define, implement, and enforce engineering quality standards, coding guidelines, and robust code review processes.
• Design and implement a modern, scalable architecture utilizing microservices and an efficient API gateway.
• Establish and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and manage infrastructure as code using tools like Kubernetes.
• Coordinate security audits, performance optimization, and robust monitoring setups for production environments.

Full Stack Development

• Lead the design and implementation of core data models and database schemas (SQL/NoSQL) to support high-throughput transactions.
• Build and maintain scalable web applications and interfaces using

  React & Next.js

  (SSR/SSG).
• Implement secure and compliant payment processing solutions, including

  Stripe integration

  with support for multi-currency transactions.
• Develop robust, documented APIs for internal use, including the backend services.

Team & Quality

• Provide technical guidance, and effective code reviews to mid-level and junior engineers.
• Author and maintain comprehensive engineering documentation, runbooks, and architectural diagrams.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience:

  4+ years of experience in full stack development, with at least 1 year in a Technical Lead or Senior Architect role.

• Core Stack:

  Expert proficiency in

  React, Next.js, and TypeScript

  with experience in

  React Native

  . Strong command of Node.js/Express.

• Architecture:

  Proven experience designing and implementing scalable, distributed architectures (Microservices, RESTful APIs, GraphQL).

• DevOps & Infra:

  Hands-on experience with

  Infrastructure as Code

  and container orchestration.

• Data:

  Expertise in designing and managing complex SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.

• Integrations:

  Direct experience implementing secure authentication (e.g., Auth0) and payment processing (e.g., Stripe, multi-currency).

• Leadership:

  Demonstrated ability to set technical direction, mentor engineers, and enforce quality standards.
