Develop and implement strategic sales and lead generation plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base. Work closely with the Marketing team to create effective sales campaigns. • MIS: Manage and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Ensure all client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups are accurately recorded in the CRM. Analyze CRM data to identify trends and insights to tweak Business Development strategies. • Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, including IT delivery, Marketing, and Customer Service, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction. Take an active part in representing the organization via Webinars and Workshops to identify potential leads through the events. Communicate market feedback and client needs to refine the business development strategies. Skillset: Lead Generation, Demand Generation, IT Business Development (Data Analytics, BI, Microsoft Technologies is preferred), Relationship building, Strategic communication, Excellent English communication, CRM Tools (Zoho), Knowledge on Email Marketing Platform, Microsoft Excel (proficient), Microsoft Word (Proficient), Power Point (Proficient), Fundamental knowledge of Data Analytics & BI technologies will have an advantage.
