Senior Software Engineer - FE

SUMMARY :

We are looking for an experienced and highly proficient UI software engineer with a strong background in ReactJS, Typescript, React Native and related web technologies to join our team. The successful candidate will possess deep technical skills along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. This role involves developing and maintaining high-quality, scalable systems with a focus on component-based architectures and efficient state management.

You would be contributing in designing and leading UI components, working with various MVC frameworks and libraries, rapid prototyping, and supporting complex issues are emphasized. Ensure the delivery of high-quality, user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience of web applications.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and reusable components using ReactJS, Typescript, React Native Tailwind CSS, and related technologies to ensure the efficient operation of our PSA platform.
• Utilize react-grid-layout and Module Federation to build dynamic and modular user interfaces.
• Develop interactive data visualizations using Recharts and ensure data integrity and validation using Zod.
• Implement state management solutions to maintain a clean and understandable codebase.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues to ensure seamless operations of the PSA systems.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and promote best practices within the team.

KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :

• ReactJS: Expert-level proficiency in building scalable and maintainable web applications.
• React Native: Mid-level proficiency for improved code quality and maintainability.
• Typescript: Expert-level proficiency for improved code quality and maintainability.
• react-grid-layout: Intermediate proficiency in building complex and dynamic grid layouts.
• Understanding of working with microfrontend architectures.
• Recharts: Expert-level skills in creating interactive data visualizations.
• Zod: Expert proficiency in schema-based validation for data integrity.
• Zustand: Expert proficiency in managing application state with simplicity and flexibility.
• 8+ years of software development experience with a focus on front-end technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under continual deadline pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with distributed and multi-cultural teams.

Education :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent. Master’s degree desired but not mandatory.

Good to Have :

• Experience with NX for managing monorepos and enhancing project structure.
• Familiarity with Vite as a build tool for faster development cycles.
• Knowledge of NodeJS to understand back-end interactions.
• Familiarity with other charting libraries to broaden visualization options.
• Knowledge of Biome for better code formatting and linting.
• Understanding of i18n (internationalization) for building multi-language applications.
• Experience using Tailwind
• Experience with Jest/Cypress/React Testing Library for unit and integration testing.
• Experience with TanStack React Query, SWR, or similar data-fetching libraries
