Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting

  across multiple legal entities, ensuring compliance with global and regional standards.
• Manage

  statutory compliance, tax filings, and regulatory reporting

  requirements for APAC and global entities.
• Drive

  budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial controlling

  , providing insights to leadership.
• Conduct

  risk assessments, OPEX analysis, and cost control initiatives

  to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee

  audit processes

  (internal and external), ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with finance teams globally to

  standardize and improve reporting processes

  .
• Develop and maintain

  SOPs, process documentation, and internal controls

  to strengthen governance.
• Leverage

  advanced Excel, macros, and Power BI

  to build dashboards, visualizations, and financial models.
• Provide

  technical accounting advice

  to senior management and business leaders.
• Ensure smooth handling of

  multi-entity consolidations, intercompany transactions, and reconciliations

  .
• Partner with business units to deliver

  insights on financial performance, compliance risks, and opportunities for efficiency

  .

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration

  .

• 5–8 years of finance experience

  , with strong exposure to

  reporting, compliance, controlling, and risk management

  (preferably across APAC/global markets).
• Professional certification (CA, CPA, CMA, or CA-Inter) highly desirable.
• Proven experience in handling

  multi-entity reporting and consolidations

  .
• Strong technical expertise in

  accounting, tax compliance, financial controls, and audit processes

  .
• Proficiency in

  SAP, Microsoft Excel (advanced), Power BI, and financial reporting tools

  .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms.
• Detail-oriented, and able to manage

  complex projects under tight deadlines
