Senior Finance Manager – Pune Job Summary: A leading IT company is seeking a strategic and result-oriented Senior Finance Manager to lead financial planning, cost control, and business partnering functions. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience in finance leadership roles with strong exposure to financial strategy, cost optimization, and stakeholder management. Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India Roles & Responsibilities: Drive long-term financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes. Identify and implement cost optimization initiatives across departments. Partner with business heads to evaluate financial performance and support strategic decisions. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and MIS reporting. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls. Evaluate investment opportunities and ROI analysis for new business initiatives. Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and external consultants. Requirements: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a recognized institution. 8-12 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably in the IT or tech-enabled services sector. Strong command of financial modeling, analysis, and strategy. Proven ability to drive cost efficiency and enhance profitability. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in ERP systems, Excel, and business intelligence tools.
