Job Title: Senior Finance Executive

Location: Gurugram

CTC: Up to ₹9 LPA

Experience: 2–3 years (Preferably in a corporate/startup environment)

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA-equivalent

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive finance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate is a qualified CA with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a startup or fast-paced corporate environment. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end finance operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and effective data management.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Tax Compliance:

-Timely preparation and filing of company tax returns

-Handling TDS, advance tax, and other statutory filings

-GST & Reconciliation:

-Monthly GST filings and reconciliation of GST input/output

-Resolution of mismatches and coordination with vendors

2.Financial Reporting:

-Preparation of balance sheets, P&L statements, and other financial reports

-Leading annual audits and coordinating with auditors

3.Accounting Operations:

-Oversee day-to-day accounting activities

-Maintain accurate books of accounts as per statutory norms

4.Data Management & Analysis:

-Manage financial data for MIS reporting

-Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Requirements:

>CA or CA-equivalent qualification (mandatory)

>2–3 years of experience in a startup or fast-paced corporate finance environment

>Strong understanding of Indian taxation laws, GST, and accounting principles

>Proficient in accounting software (Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar) and Excel

>Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
