Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Strategic Partnerships and Alliances located in Gurugram. The role involves identifying and developing new strategic partnerships to drive business growth, managing existing accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention, and conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities. The role requires liaising with internal teams to align partnership strategies with company goals and crafting proposals and presentations to potential partners. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and reporting on partnership performance. Key Responsibilities:- Identify and engage insurance companies, agents, and brokers to promote our partner workshops. Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the motor insurance sector. Develop strategic plans to meet revenue targets and boost market share. Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution of business development initiatives. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals showcasing our value proposition. Monitor sales metrics and customer feedback to optimize strategies. Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in motor insurance business development or sales. Strong understanding of motor insurance products, policies, and regulations. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
