Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) - Motor Claims at VehicleCare, located in Gurugram. The BDM will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, insurance companies, and brokers. Day-to-day tasks include managing motor insurance claims, negotiating with stakeholders, assessing damages, and ensuring timely and efficient processing of claims. The BDM will also be involved in identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. Salary - Up to 8 LPA Key Responsibilities:- Identify and engage insurance companies, agents, and brokers to promote our partner workshops. Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the motor insurance sector. Develop strategic plans to meet revenue targets and boost market share. Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution of business development initiatives. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals showcasing our value proposition. Monitor sales metrics and customer feedback to optimize strategies. Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in motor insurance business development or sales. Strong understanding of motor insurance products, policies, and regulations. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
