About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Finance Executive to join our finance team. The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate processing of payments and reconciliations, and supporting compliance with internal controls. The Finance Executive will play a key role in handling customer transactions, vendor settlements, and statutory duties while ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable
• Sales orders reconciliation and act on non-integrated orders in ERP and to be cleared the same on daily basis.
• E-Invoice creation and booking for B2B orders in ERP.
• COD, Prepaid, Voucher & B2B order receivables Reconciliation.
• Consignment Inventory outward booking for B2B orders.
• Inventory Reconciliation
• Preparation of receivable ageing, Collection follow up & Cash application
• Preparation and sharing weekly MIS
• Exception handling
• ERP Testing and implementation
• Internal and External Audit support
• Month end Closer Activities B2C & B2B sales and return reconciliation
• Preparing Various MIS (Receivable Ageing, Payable ageing etc)
• Bank Reconciliation Statement.
• Booking Sales & Return provision
• The role will also comprise of end-to-end support to the business on the SOR model w.r.t. accounts payable, inventory management, weekly MIS preparation etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Commerce (CA/CPA/CMA Inter preferred but not mandatory).
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in finance operations or accounting.
• Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners.
• Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• MS Dynamics experience is added advantage.
