Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Account Executive to join our finance team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounting functions, vendor reconciliation, related party reconciliation, and ensuring accurate financial control. The role requires strong knowledge of advanced Excel, SAP, and hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and financial reconciliation processes .

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operations – bookkeeping, ledger, and journal entries.
• Manage accounts payable & receivable.
• Perform vendor reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Carry out related party reconciliation for intercompany accuracy.
• Record transactions and generate reports in SAP.
• Prepare financial reports and statements as per policies & regulations.
• Support taxation processes (GST, TDS) and ensure compliance.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain and follow internal control procedures.
• Analyze financial data to improve processes and controls.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and finance teams for audits & reporting.

Key Skills & Attributes:

• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).

• Good exposure to Vendor Reconciliation and Management.

• Hands-on experience with Related Party Reconciliation.

• Hands-on experience with SAP and other ERP systems.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial control practices.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
