We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Finance Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial operations, accounting, compliance, and reporting. This role demands a proactive individual who can manage day-to-day finance activities, support audits, and contribute to strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:*Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and general ledger.*Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.*Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory filings.*Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audits and ensure timely closure.*Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursements in coordination with HR.*Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.*Support financial planning and analysis for business decisions.*Maintain accurate documentation and records for all financial transactions.*Liaise with banks, vendors, and statutory bodies as required.*Assist in implementing financial controls and process improvements.
