Senior Finance Executive

You will be responsible for various accounting and finance activities at Minimalist in Jaipur. Your key responsibilities will include: - Reconciling vendor accounts and ensuring closure with relevant stakeholders - Analyzing vendor ageing and taking necessary actions - Monitoring vendor advances - Recording fixed assets and maintaining the Fixed Assets Register - Performing month-end closing activities such as booking prepaid expenses, analyzing expenses, and making provisions - Providing various details and analytics from SAP as requested by management - Documenting processes from the ICFR and RCM perspective - Scrutinizing the general ledger - Collaborating with internal and external auditors for correct and timely year-end closing and reporting - Following internal control policies and SOPs set by management for daily operational activities - Ensuring compliance with SOP and RCM guidelines Qualifications required for this role: - B.COM/ M.COM/ CA Inter - 3-6 years of experience in accounting and finance - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills - SAP Experience is mandatory About Minimalist: Minimalist is a science-backed Indian skincare brand that focuses on efficacy, transparency, and comprehensiveness.
