Job Description

We are looking to employ an Associate HR Executive (Preferably Female) with the ability to develop recruitment strategies to meet the objectives of the organization. She is responsible for designing and implementing recruitment & Admin plans for the organization. She should confer with management to assess and identify staffing needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.
Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization.
Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
End-end recruitment process.
Developing own network of suitable candidates.
Handling of administration and record-keeping.
Drafting and posting job descriptions.
Networking with various institutions and social media.
Conducting new employee orientations and assisting with onboarding procedures.
Maintaining employee records and ensuring all HR documents are up to date.
Coordinating programs, Hosting monthly events and employee development initiatives.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Employees daily attendance management and generating the reports on monthly bases.

Desired Profile:

0- 1 Years of experience.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Excellent presentation skill and event hosting
Evident leadership abilities.
Proactive, Team Player, Smart and Diligent.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated & self-starter.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel.
Ability to do multi-tasking.
