About the Role -

• Assist in

  end-to-end IT recruitment

  , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Source candidates through

  job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, references, and internal databases

  .
• Review resumes and evaluate technical skills in line with job requirements.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for scheduling interviews and feedback.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers regularly.
• Support the HR team in

  campus hiring, walk-ins, and bulk IT recruitment drives

  .
• Ensure a smooth and positive

  candidate experience

   throughout the recruitment cycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. (MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of

  IT skills, technologies, and job roles

  .
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools; familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Enthusiastic, self-driven, and eager to learn recruitment in the IT domain.
