PMO Executive

Job Summary:

PMO Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Support Project Managers in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
Ensure adherence to project management standards, templates, and documentation practices across all projects.
Schedule and facilitate regular project meetings (e.g., stand-ups, reviews), and track action items, risks, and decisions.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders on project status, issues, and milestones.
Manage and update key project documents including project plans, timelines, issue logs, and status reports.
Assist in tracking team allocations and resource availability to support project scheduling and delivery needs.
Prepare and share timely project dashboards and reports for leadership using Excel, PowerPoint, or project management tools.
Support identification, logging, and escalation of project risks and issues.
Utilize project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Azure) to track tasks, milestones, and dependencies.
Contribute to improving project delivery processes and enhancing PMO best practices.

Required Candidate Profile:

2-4 years as PMO, Project Coordinator, or related project management role.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience in project tracking and reporting.
Experience working with project management tools like Jira, MS Project, or Azure.
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Certification in project management (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile) is a plus.
