Role & responsibilities

Annual Planning Coordination

Meeting Facilitation
: Schedule and coordinate planning meetings across teams.
Document Management
: Compile, distribute, and update planning materials.
Action Tracking
: Monitor and follow up on deliverables from planning sessions.

Transition Tracking to Talent Insights (TI) & Talent Ops (TO)

Project Logging
: Maintain detailed records of transitioned tasks (e.g., No Show/Cancellation processes, DLHP reports, Power BI updates).
Progress Monitoring
: Ensure timely updates and communicate status regularly.
Stakeholder Reporting
: Keep DLHP owners informed of outcomes and issues.

CE Website Rollout Project Management

Timeline Management
: Develop and maintain rollout schedules.
Team Coordination
: Work with design, data, and vendor teams for UAT and launch.
Meeting Oversight
: Organize meetings and document decisions/action items.

DLHP Online Catalog Administration

Operations Oversight
: Manage daily updates and ensure content accuracy.
Access Control
: Handle user permissions and system access.
Workflow Support
: Assist in developing and implementing supporting processes.
