Job Description

Job Title: PMO Executive

Location: Noida

Reports to: PMO Head

As a PMO, you will oversee project execution, ensure milestones are met, track billing, optimize resources, and maintain adherence to schedules, budgets and Newgen quality process. You will manage escalations, uphold quality processes, and coordinate with Project Managers, Delivery Managers, Department Heads, and Sales/CRM teams.

Key Responsibilities:

PMO Management: Establish and maintain PMO framework and governance, develop PMO policies, monitor and review each projects, continuous improvement in project management practices.
Resource Allocation: Ensure right resources alignment in each project of the group, monitor allocation and utilisation of each resource, monitor skillset of each resource, training requirement of the resources
Stakeholder management: Engage with multiple stakeholders Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Department Head, Quality team, HR. Communicate project status, risk to all stakeholders
Financial management: Manage and review Project costs, budgets, billing, department productivity

What You Need to Bring:

2–5 experience
Good knowledge in Project management, resource management.
Master’s/bachelor’s degree with 60% overall .
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
