o:
Sr GL Analyst (Reconciliation ) will be responsible for the Reconciliation of all Financial Statem

entaccounts and financial reporting of the company. This includes managing the corporate reconciliation process, global intercompany process, preparing timely consolidated financial statements, providing analysis and reporti

ng.
Key Responsibilit

ies:● Responsible for completeness, accuracy and timeliness of preparing reconciliation of

allgeneral ledger, fixed assets, intercompany accounts, treasury transactions and

bankreconciliations as well as for the associated reporting requireme

nts.● Process intercompany transactions in accordance with

GAAP● Ensure timely payments are made to intercompany affili

ates● Prepare recurring and reconciling journal entries in connection with month end c

lose● Account reconciliations for various general ledger acco

unts● Assist with preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports for direct and u
