Job Description

Hotel Beyzaa is looking for SENIOR F&B EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT MANAGER F&B to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Greeting guests as they arrive and showing them to their tables.
Taking customer orders and serving food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
Answering customer questions about menu items and making recommendations.
Maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
Processing customer payments and ensuring accurate billing.
Handling customer complaints and resolving issues as they arise.
Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
Upselling menu items and promoting restaurant specials.
Maintaining knowledge of current menu offerings, daily specials, and promotions.
Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines and ensuring compliance with restaurant policies and procedures.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
