F&B Manager

Job Summary:

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service. The role ensures exceptional guest experiences, maintains high-quality standards, manages costs effectively, and leads the F&B team toward achieving revenue and service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

• Oversee daily F&B operations across all outlets.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food, beverages, and service standards.
• Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in compliance with company and statutory regulations.
• Manage menu planning, costing, and coordination with the kitchen and service teams.

Financial Management:

• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and P&L reports.
• Implement cost control measures for food, beverage, and labor.
• Maximize profitability through effective pricing, upselling, and waste reduction.

Guest Experience:

• Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service and quick resolution of complaints.
• Regularly interact with guests to gather feedback and improve service delivery.
• Maintain high standards of hospitality and presentation.

Team Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to enhance productivity and morale.
• Foster teamwork, discipline, and a professional work environment.

Compliance & Quality Control:

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Conduct regular audits of F&B operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers for quality products and timely delivery.

Marketing & Sales Support:

• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions, events, and seasonal menus.
• Support banquet and event sales through planning and coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
