Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Taj Palace, with 6-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service.
Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
Supervise staff to maintain excellent customer service standards.
Coordinate with other departments for seamless service delivery.
Monitor quality control measures to uphold high culinary standards.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Culinary certification or relevant training is an asset.
