Job Description

We are looking for a skilled F&B Manager to join our team at Renaissance Lucknow Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in food and beverage operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
Supervise staff to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Coordinate with other departments for seamless service delivery.
Monitor quality control measures to uphold high standards of culinary excellence.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing food and beverage operations within a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality.
