Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition

Employment Type: Contractual (1 Year) Roles & Responsibilities Drive end-to-end recruitment efforts across departments, managing sourcing, screening, coordination, and offer rollouts. Build strong candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, job platforms, referrals, and recruitment partners. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and close positions within defined timelines. Maintain accurate recruitment tracking, ensuring timely updates and clear visibility on hiring progress. Take charge of employer branding by managing the company’s social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn. Curate and post consistent, engaging content that highlights culture, milestones, and career opportunities. Design and implement employee engagement initiatives such as townhalls, Fun Fridays, birthday/milestone celebrations, and cultural events. Propose and execute programs that foster inclusivity, recognition, and a high-performance, people-first culture. Requirements 2 - 4 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition and generalist HR roles, with significant focus on recruitment. Strong track record of independently driving end-to-end hiring across functions and levels. Experience in building and maintaining candidate pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and agency/vendor coordination. Prior exposure to designing and executing employee engagement initiatives and internal events. Creative thinker with a flair for content and branding — experience handling social media (especially LinkedIn) for employer branding is a strong plus.
