Roles & Responsibilities:
Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.Determines applicant requirements by studying job description.Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screening.Take ownership of candidates experience by designing and managing job posting; job description and positions requirements.Facilitates the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.Fill the Manpower requirement with in stipulated lead time to support business operations without delay.Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, media, internet sites, job portals, providing information and maintain rapport.Maintain a databank of all prospective candidates’ profiles for future requirements.Explore avenues and conduct sourcing activities to meet the current and anticipated future needs.Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.Ensure all screening, hiring and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations

Qualification
Any Degree

3+ years experience in hiring for Retail industries
