Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the

end-to-end recruitment process

for both

permanent

and

C2H

positions across various IT domains (Development, Infrastructure, Cloud, Data, Testing, etc.).
Partner with hiring managers and clients to

understand job requirements

, project needs, and business goals.

Source and attract candidates

through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, etc.), networking, referrals, and social media.
Conduct

initial screening

to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule

technical interviews

, feedback collection, and final selection.

Negotiate salary

or contract terms with candidates to ensure closure within budget and timelines.
Manage

offer roll-out and onboarding

processes for permanent and C2H hires.
Maintain an active pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both

clients and consultants

.
Ensure compliance with

recruitment policies, processes, and data management systems (ATS/CRM).


Key Skills and Competencies:

Strong understanding of

IT skills

(Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, SAP, etc.).
Proven track record in handling

permanent hiring

and

contract-to-hire staffing

.
Excellent sourcing skills using

Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social networking tools

.
Sound knowledge of

IT industry trends

and

market compensation benchmarks

.
Strong

negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management

skills.
Ability to handle

multiple requisitions

and deliver under tight deadlines.
