Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry, mid-level, and niche roles.
  • Conduct job postings, resume screening, telephonic/virtual interviews, and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes with hiring managers.
  • Manage offer rollout, negotiation, and pre-onboarding documentation.

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline

  • Utilize job portals, social media, networking, and other sourcing platforms to identify potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and future hiring needs.
  • Perform proactive sourcing for critical positions to reduce time-to-fill.

Stakeholder & Candidate Management

  • Liaise with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates, ensuring timely updates and a positive experience.
  • Provide recruitment status reports and insights to HR and business stakeholders.

Process & Compliance

  • Ensure recruitment processes are followed as per company policy and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS or recruitment trackers.
  • Support background verification, document collection, and onboarding coordination.



Qualifications & Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or any related field; MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Hands-on exposure to hiring in a corporate or consultancy environment.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sourcing and screening skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes and interview techniques.
  • Ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ATS or recruitment tools.
  • High level of professionalism, ownership, and attention to detail.
