Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities

1. Lateral Hiring:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across functions from requirement gathering,

sourcing, and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and design effective

hiring strategies.

• Leverage multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, agencies,

etc.) to attract top talent.

• Maintain recruitment dashboards, candidate trackers, and hiring metrics to

ensure process efficiency and transparency.

2. Campus Hiring:

• Design and execute campus hiring plans across colleges.

• Build relationships with placement committees, manage pre-placement talks, and

coordinate end-to-end hiring drives.

• Support internship and management trainee programs, including assessments,

onboarding, and engagement initiatives.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:

• Contribute to employer branding initiatives through social media, campus

campaigns, and external events.

• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment

journey.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment systems and tools.

• Support the creation of hiring templates, interview structures, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in recruitment — preferably in consulting,

analytics, or technology domains.

• Experience in handling both campus and lateral hiring will be a strong advantage.
