About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven

IT Recruiter

who specializes in

Permanent and Contract-to-Hire (C2H)

hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent across multiple technology domains while managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both permanent and C2H positions across various IT domains (Development, Infrastructure, Cloud, Data, Testing, etc.).
  • Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements, project needs, and business goals.
  • Source and attract candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, etc.), networking, referrals, and social media.
  • Conduct initial screening to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule technical interviews, feedback collection, and final selection.
  • Negotiate salary or contract terms with candidates to ensure closure within budget and timelines.
  • Manage offer roll-out and onboarding processes for permanent and C2H hires.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and consultants.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, processes, and data management systems (ATS/CRM).

Key Skills And Competencies

  • Strong understanding of IT skills (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, SAP, etc.).
  • Proven track record in handling permanent hiring and contract-to-hire staffing.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social networking tools.
  • Sound knowledge of IT industry trends and market compensation benchmarks.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple requisitions and deliver under tight deadlines.
