Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. You will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across departments. The ideal candidate has a passion for connecting with people and a knack for identifying the right talent to fit both the role and our culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking events, etc.)
• Manage full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Create and post job descriptions and advertisements across various platforms
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with relevant teams
• Maintain candidate data and reports using ATS
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
• Passion for people and organizational culture
