Senior Executive Supply Planning

Role Objective:

The key objective of this position is to manage and oversee the end-to-end order execution process, including production order creation and production planning. The role is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of export and joint venture (JV) orders, maintaining optimal stock levels, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and preparing management reports to drive operational excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, production planning, or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Experience in handling international operations and cross-functional coordination is an advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Order Review & Execution

• Monitor and report daily new incoming and pending orders.
• Maintain pending order files for export and JV orders.

2. Production Order Creation

• Create semi-finished and finished production orders as per monthly and weekly production plans.
• Generate finished goods production orders based on the packing plan.

3. Reporting & Planning

• Prepare and share weekly Material Stock Level (MSL) reports with the Operations Manager.
• Develop and maintain 12-week, weekly, and daily production and packing plans.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Quality Control (QC), Stores, Quality Assurance (QA), Logistics, and Dispatch, to ensure smooth operations.
• Facilitate transfer of raw materials.

5. Order Promise & Stock Monitoring

• Provide confirmed promise dates for export orders within 48 hours of order release.
• Conduct daily stock status checks for order bonding.
• Monitor availability of primary (PM) and secondary (SPM) packing materials and maintain stock levels as per defined norms.

6. Daily Monitoring

• Track daily production and packing activities in collaboration with the Ireland team to ensure timely order execution.

7. Data Maintenance

• Maintain and update quarterly Management Review Meeting (MRM) data.
• Track and maintain execution data for MSL and Non-MSL orders.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports as required by management.

Functional Skills Required:

• Production planning and order management.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and stock monitoring.
• Data management and reporting (MIS, MRM, stock levels).
• ERP system operation (SAP preferred).
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel for analysis and reporting.
