Senior Executive Supply Planning

Role Overview: As a Senior Executive in Supply Chain Planning at Shalina Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in overseeing production planning and material planning to ensure smooth operations, timely deliveries, and optimal inventory levels. Your responsibilities will include developing production schedules, coordinating with various teams, ensuring material availability, maintaining supply chain efficiency, and complying with international export guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement production schedules to meet business and export requirements. - Coordinate with manufacturing, QA, and regulatory teams for timely batch production. - Monitor production performance and take corrective actions as necessary. - Ensure availability of raw materials, APIs, packaging materials, and other critical inputs based on demand forecasts. - Collaborate with procurement teams and suppliers to maintain an efficient supply chain. - Manage safety stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking. - Develop supply chain KPIs and resolve bottlenecks to enhance efficiency. - Manage relationships with third-party logistics and distribution partners for timely exports. - Utilize Excel, PowerPoint, Macros, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting. - Prepare presentations and reports for management on supply chain performance and improvement strategies. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related fields. - 6-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical supply chain, production planning, and material management. - Experience in an export-oriented pharmaceutical organization is preferred. - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and knowledge of ERP/SAP systems. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams and familiarity with global supply chain best practices and export regulations.,
