Senior Executive – Placement Experience- 5 + Years Salary- upto 40k Location: Chunabhatti, Bhopal, MP Key Responsibilities Industry Engagement: Develop, strengthen, and maintain strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, employers, and recruitment agencies to generate placement opportunities specifically tailored for Skill India candidates. Placement Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute campus and off-campus recruitment drives in compliance with Skill India and Project guidelines, including scheduling interviews, conducting pre-placement talks, and overseeing selection processes. Employer Liaison: Liaise with employers to understand their skill requirements, job roles, and compliance expectations under government schemes, ensuring suitable candidate-job matching. Career Counseling: Provide career counseling and employability guidance to candidates, helping them understand their skills, strengths, and align their career aspirations with market demands. Candidate Support: Support candidates with resume building, interview preparation, soft skills development, and workplace readiness training in line with the standards of Skill India and other Projects Database Management: Maintain and update a centralized database of candidate profiles, placement opportunities, job orders, and placement outcomes, ensuring data accuracy for reporting to funding agencies and government bodies. Logistics and Coordination: Ensure smooth logistics and communication flow between employers, candidates, training centers, and internal teams during placement drives. Post-Placement Follow-up: Monitor and track post-placement follow-ups including candidate onboarding, retention, and employer satisfaction to enhance placement sustainability. Event Management: Organize and participate in job fairs, skill melas, employer engagement events, and webinars to expand placement networks and visibility. Reporting and Compliance: Prepare timely reports on placement metrics, program outcomes, and employer feedback as per projects compliance and share insights to support continuous improvement of placement strategies. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Management, Social Work, Psychology) 5 to 7 years of experience in placement coordination, campus recruitment, or skill development projects Familiarity with government schemes an advantage Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Good understanding of the local job market and employer expectations Proficient in MS Office and experience with candidate tracking/MIS tools Ability to organize and conduct placement drives and pre-placement training Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Willingness to travel regularly for employer engagement and field visits Show more Show less
