Retail presence: Orient Electric has an entrenched and extensive sales, distribution, and service network with pan-India coverage. In addition to India, the Company enjoys a market presence across 26 countries. It is the largest exporter of fans in the country.

Job Description

Setup SOPs & help in training Warehouse team on best practices, SOPs, system usage
Coordination with Supply Chain team/ Warehouse team for TAT maintenance, SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) adherence & escalation management – First point-of-contact for Supply Chain team for all escalations
Manage delivery partner operations (through delivery aggregator) – Shipping TAT adherence, KPI tracking, billing compliance, billing reconciliation
To Ensure Order Full Fillment Ratio of orders received from channel partners.
Maintain operational dashboards for daily/ weekly & other periodic updates on system health
Own Returns process – returned shipments, payment reversals, coordination across Finance, Service & Supply Chain etc.
Ensuring appointment tracking & ensure end to end deliveries.
