Role & responsibilities To get the Product/ Brand Approval with Consultants/ Architects, Builders, Govt Departments and ensure Order Clouser with the help of Respective Sales Team Acts as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets. Responsibilities: Get the Brand/ Product approval from Key Decision Makers (Consultants/ Architects, Builders, Govt Departments) to ensure products represented by the company is specified in their projects. Manage relationships with key customers, including providing technical support and addressing customer concerns or complaints. Track and analyse industry trends and competitor productsand make recommendations for product development and improvement if needed. Meeting with clients to discuss product solutions, Training clients on products. Building relationships with customers and key stakeholders. (Stakeholder Mgt). Staying updated with construction projects to identify sales opportunities. Making presentations to customers. Ensure a very close communication with the sales teams in the respective markets, such as updating the projects status, and supporting the team if required. Providing constructive feedback from Architects/Consultants/ clients to the project teams for improvement and increase competitiveness o To drive the sales nos of Region.
