Job Description

Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about people management who thrives on building a strong organisational culture and has a proven track record in driving core HR functions with efficiency and empathy. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Implement and improve employee engagement and retention strategies. Support the performance appraisal process and help drive a culture of continuous feedback. Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies. Maintain HR records and generate insights-driven reports for leadership. Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations, resolving queries and conflicts in a professional manner. Support organisational development initiatives such as training, leadership development, and succession planning.
