Product Manager

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with 5-6 years of product management expertise, including at least 2-3 years within the digital media industry. This role demands a strong user-centric approach and the ability to work cross-functionally with product leads and engineers to deliver impactful, scalable products that meet diverse user needs. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with product leads and engineering teams to launch products focused on measurable outcomes and ongoing optimization. Plan and develop scalable, extensible products and tools tailored for digital media. Identify and understand target users to ensure products deliver meaningful value to a broad audience. Continuously analyze market trends and user feedback to enhance product offerings. Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Chartbeat, and Comscore to monitor performance (publishing experience is a plus). Define and track KPIs to evaluate the success of product features. Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and identify opportunities. What We’re Looking For: 5-6 years of product management experience, including 2-3 years in digital media. Proven ability to lead product initiatives and drive measurable business impact. Familiarity with web analytics and publishing metrics is desirable.
